Terms & Conditions

Wellness Webcasts, LLC is an internet based company providing services to the adult retirement and assisted living home community.
Specifically, we provide 30 minute exercise webcasts for seniors living in the above mentioned homes. The webcasts are made available to the subscribing facilities three times a week, 52 weeks a year.

The exercise webcasts are available for a cost of $79 per month per retirement facility. Note: if a company has more than one location, each additional facility will be charged $79.

To access the webcasts the facility merely goes to the BrendaLeeRogers.com website on the internet, enters a USERNAME and PASSWORD. Then selects the exercise program to watch and pushes PLAY. While every facility sets their own schedule of exercise classes for their residents, we recommend three times a week, on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

When a facility first signs up, we will take the necessary credit card information and set the facility up for an automatic credit card charge each month until such time as the facility contacts us and terminates the subscription.

Under the conditions of our SPECIAL OFFER, each facility, when it initially signs up, will automatically be given the first two weeks free (six exercise classes total). At the end of the two week trial period, the facility can cancel their subscription via an email to us. If the facility feels the exercise classes are benefiting their residents and chooses not to opt out they will automatically be provided ongoing exercise classes three times a week. Each facility will have the option of terminating their subscription at any time via email or other written notice.

Equipment required: Each facility is responsible for providing a computer that can access the internet, and a TV with a screen adequate for viewing by a group of seniors seated in chairs. While technology is constantly changing, at the present there are multiple ways to connect a computer to a TV. If the facility cannot connect their computer to the TV, Wellness Webcasts will provide a cable that should work. Please indicate whether you need connection help when you sign up.
